BMSW Multi Effect Evaporator Project Skills Used

Project Risk Management

BioMethanated spent wash is a difficult feed to handle. Feed could offer serious challenges during the commissioning of the plant. Hence,  all risks that could affect smooth commissioning of the plant were identified and their impact on project performance indicators were assessed by the project manager and the project team. Corrective actions for the known risks were implemented right from the early stages of the project. A well thought out risk mitigation plan was in place for all the known risks. This helped in achieving smooth commissioning of the plant.

3D Modeling

3D Modeling of the complete BMSW effect evaporator plant including civil building, structure, equipments, tank farm and piping. Project team had put considerable efforts in coordinating all relevant inputs, reviewing the 3D model for accuracy and generating error free plant layout and piping isometric drawings.
